Has the DX95T2 been changed from high-performance output circuit with two Toshiba 2SC2290 power transistors to Mosfet finals like the DX98VHP?

According to the Galaxy website the 95T is still using the Toshiba finals. I don't know how up to date that info is.

Just bought a new 95T2; still with the toshiba 2290 transistors.
Nice radio; like it alot, BUT the RX is NOT what my old 2970 was. The TX side has yet to be determined though I'm getting some good, early reports
