I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE WAS/IS FAMILIAR WITH IT. WHO MADE IT, AND ANY OTHER INFO THAT MIGHT BE OF HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. IT HAS 6 TUBES.2DRIVING4, OR 1DRIVING5, I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT MY TECH SAID. HE SAID THAT IT'S DOING 600 WATTS ON HIGH THOUGH, 375 ON LOW. I TRDED A SATURN FOR IT, AND HE SAID I DID VERY WELL, INFACT HE SAID THAT IF I EVER WANT TO GET RID OF IT ,TO LET HIM KNOW, AND HE WOULD BUY ME MY CHOICE OF GALAXY/RANGER BASE. So you see, maybe I've got a real sought after piece, I don't know. 73's lugnut |

Never Heard of a Nitro 300A! There was a Nitro 300 and a Palomar 300A. Nitro 300's would go the distance while they worked. Thet were plauged with problems. The Palomar 300A on the other hand in my opinion is the BEST amp you could get. Loaded right you can get a 300 watt dead key and still swing to 600+. I have had a few and don't think I ever had a problem with any of them. |

I have a 300A and it is a great amp!! I wont post what i get out of mine watts wise as that is my own buisness and it will only start a dumb meter swing argument but i will say this. It talks!!!!!!! Plus a little secret about the Palomar 300A is on low you can drive it with as little as 1 watt or as much as 100 watts. |
