Hello all....i am new to CB's and came across a RCI 2990 for 325 including shipping from AZ. The seller sent me pictures of it powered up and keyed up and it looks flawless. My question is this are they good radios and is that a good price. Right now i am on a TRC490 with about 200watts behind me.

Nothing wrong with Rangers .... I've owned a 2950, 2950dx and 5054dx they worked just fine.

Keep in mind that many of these radios cover
wide ranges of frequencies some going from 12 to 10 meters ( 24.9 to 30 mhz ) non stop.

If your buying one for CB ( 26.965 - 27.405 ) it will go there .....
On 6 since 66
