Just got done installing this into galaxy 2527(RCI295013z). The result was extreamly loud audio, 2-3 watt dead key forward swing to 60 watts or so. It is a very simple install into this radio very min on any mods needed to install. This is CEF 1012 normsr new net radio(was mine so she gets papered on the bench.LOL.... Certain radios drive this little final replacement module very well. For example, Cobra 29's will tune up to 120+watts with an RFX-75 on it. As long as you keep the dead key around 10w, it doesn't get too hot either...but then, I'm not real long winded. hibuckhobby aka Preacherman |
