I read a very good review on this radio. 80+ watts out the box. And can get more. With Super Loud Modulation. TOP GUN and more. Not bad at all. So I ordered one today. Copper had them in stock. At a really GREAT PRICE. Maybe with it I can make a few contacts with a few old friends on the forum. Hope to reach out touch some of the other CEF members soon. This just could be the best deal out today. Thanks Pat, I never knew that these were around without you posting it. |

Hey Dale, I picked one of these up and they are GREAT. This has excellent receive on Side Band and reminds me a lot of my President Lincoln that does 60 watts on SSB that has the Chip Switch too, and also the 2 modified 2510 radios that I have also.. This Omega Force has really excellent audio too. I think a little better than my Lincoln..Really Crisp and Clear.. and I use a great external speaker with it.. I use it on 10 meters and the CB bands and I have it in my S-10 pickup with a NEW Sirio Turbo 5000 Antenna that is hole mounted in the center of my cab with a good ground... (Great Antenna too, Dale WOW IT WORKS). WOW this Omega Force 45 HP really works too. By the way Dale, I have a review on the Sirio Top One Astroplane Antenna too. I just picked one of those up recently. GUESS WHAT. THEY WORK MAN. SUPERB! Read my Article on that one too. |
