I'd really like a din sized radio to fit in my dash and I read that the cobra 18WX II is the right size, with a front firing speaker, but A few reviews of the original 18WX are really bad..

So did cobra fix these issues? or did they just add some new features like scan to it?

I'll be running bare foot to a 102 steel whip in my 2002 ford ranger.

Will it be ok? or should I try and shoehorn in my grant LT?

mopedfreak all the cobra18 wxII i have used i was unhappy with the results I would try to get a uniden 510XL they have been a great raido for me in the past
