Do a search on the web of Par end fed antenna reviews and look at the ham reviews of this antenna at eham. It is a perfect 5.0 and pages of reviews. This gentleman has developed a matchbox that you screw your coax into it and throw the halfwave wire in a tree or hang it out a window or whatever. Makes one for every band from 40 up to 6. He does not advertise an 11 meter one but I suppose you could tweak or trim a 12 meter to work on 11 meters. Anyone know anything about them? They seem to get the signal out.

I have one.

It is just a 1/2 wave end fed antenna, nothing special. But, they are very well built and he uses very high quality materials.

The 'box' is not a tuner, it is the shunt feed for the wire. Picture a 'Ringo' half wave. Inside that box is the 'ring'. They are also limited in power capability.

No. I might try it and see how it tunes. I'm really not on CB.
