--Hi, all. I just found this radio on the copperelectronics.com website. It's the Ranger RHF-618 with 10 and 12 meter bands, and up to 150 watts output power. I have no idea how well this radio performs, but it looks pretty cool (just thought I would "alert" the forum members to this radio, in case you might have missed it.) It's nice to see Ranger come out with a new case (and features)for their base radios. |

--Thanks for the info. Looks like Copper need to edit their listing on the website. I think it reads "150 watts adjustable to 2 watts". Still, a neat looking radio, though. |

Check the post on base radio's. THE POWER SUPPLY IS ONLY 8.5 AMP'S. NOT ENOUGH AMP'S. TO CARRY 150 WATT'S. |

Ranger had sent me the information on the rhf-618 and it DOES NOT DO 150 WATT'S ONLY 25 . It does have a TOUCH SCREEN. REMEMBER, RANGER SHOULD KNOW. NOT 150 WATT'S AND DOES HAVE TOUCH SCREEN. |
