My older 10A power supply which was a Simplex
gave me a lot of trouble over the years so decided to finally upgrade to a 10A Tripp- Lite from Coppers.
Hopefully this one does better than my Simplex brand did.

I run a old Uniden Grant with the extras installed to talk to the close locals sometimes.

My older power suppy is Samlex brand.
I bought one and it failed from the get go so I
returned it for another one.
Had lots of trouble with second one also... :-(

Road Warrior, I thought I was the only one who ever used a power supply in today's world of radios. I have from simple to pretty good size I guess you would say. All for cb radios, xm radios in the past, and whatever else I might need them for.

keith, ive used powersullies for several years
many namebrands.simply cause it takes up
less room. thru the years astron and triplite
were always my favorites. i use a jetstreame 75 amp
now.no noticable noise in recieve but has builtin
fan thats a little noisier than i like

Hale Dale;
How do like the Jetstream? I've had the Astrons and Triplites too, 10A, 20A, 50A.

i like it. its nice having the advailable
spots to hookup other external equiment
to it.would be a nice addition to coppers
power supply list.the ONLY downfall i found
is the built in fan is a little louder than
i like , but i use a noise canselling mic anyways
