I've had friends over the years that have had Gizmotchy beams. They all seemed to work quite well. Everyone that had them swore by them. Only one guy swore at his, a guy down the street from him, out talked him with an Astro Plane. Take me to the barn and spank me!

I've had the 4 element Gizmotchy and the 4 element Maco Shooting Star and I found that the Shooting Star solidly out performed the Gizmotchy is well made and easy to assemble but didn't impress me on performance I'm not sold on that design a couple guys I know that run the star series jogunns that use that same design as the Gizmitchy took them down and went back the conventional Yagi style |

I'm a fan of the yagi while the beams I had and liked the most were the PDL2, the Astro Beam and the V-Quad. The shooting Star like Radioreddz says is hard to beat if you need H/V. Need to invest in a good rotor though.
