This radio doesn't get enough respect.It is the same radio as the rci 2950,but it get's a bad rep just because it supposedly isn't an RCI.Have you bought one or seen one?It says RCI 2950 right on it.This should be the first clue.It is the same radio only 50 to 100 bucks less depending on where you buy it.It goes 26mhz to 32 Mhz,and the conversion is simple.The watts are there,and it is a loud little radio.I run one with a Sadelta Echo master,and it has plenty of audio.Kick on the box,(800 watts high side)and no matter where you talk,you will put them in the red.
