Jimbob, I have never seen one personally but I read two different articles about them and the people that had them said they were a great radio in there time. If I remeber correcly, CPI was banned from making any more of these because of legal reasons. I believe they put out way more than what was said...Eddie

I have had mine since 1983, They will operate from 26.505 to 27.995 the channel readout will go to 79 with a kit it will show up to 99 I have had many radios over the years I still have this one and will never get rid of it unless someone wants to pay me $2000. so now you know I will have it forever.
