just got a delta force.Been told the modulation sounds like I'm talking in a barrel with the stock mic.All echo and talk back controls are off.Any suggestions?

Astatic 575 power hand mic with tone and volume controls. Or the D104m6 hand mic.

I bought one of those 575's a while back. too late to fish it out of the trash. had a problem with the talk button always wanting to stick. got tired of having to bang it against my hand to get it to release. finaly pitched it out of agrivation.

Nothing like being told you sound bad with the stock mike...

I like the D104M6 on some radio's but never needed a power mic on anything but the HR2510.
