Help on this question please I have this meter and it works very well on my Galaxy 2517, but I but it on my Cobra 139 XLR BASE and the ssb or AM modulation check doesn't work well at all, the swr and watt check do good, I am using a D104 Lolly pop mike. any thoughts, is this meter to be used with this radio?

It will not work on SSB to read modulation. As for AM did you calibrate it at MAX power input?

Thanks guys it works now for am, and ssb modulation as 307 said calibrate. and so now it reads good 100 per cent mod on both, I have to use my Cobra 139XLR for a while while my Galaxy 2517 went home to Galaxy on the Warrenty, the nb anl toggle switch just stoped working all together, sure am glad it was covered, thank you very much you guys for answering,
