OK Guys,
This is my first post so be gentle.
In my search for my perfect ant,I came up with this.
I drilled a 1/2 in hole into the top of my s-10 rear bumper. Had a custom made 1 in dia 303 stainless post made. tapered down to 3/4 in,6 in long with 3/8-24 thread tapped into both ends.on this I mounted a 8.5 ft SS whip. (used all stainless fittings) Attached that to my Magnum 257. Works Great for me

first off welcome to the forum!

Second, man that setup sounds absolutely awesome! If you have good SWR's (which with that, how could you not?), I think your setup is going to ROCK!

It ain't never going to break no matter what you put it through. It doesn't get any better than that.
