Sorry, I cannot answer that as I have never used a euro3900.

I do own and use the MAGNUM S-3 AM/FM/PA RADIO NO ~SSB and it throws 48 to 50 watts PEP out with 14.4 to 14.6 volt's going to it.

It has Exceptional Clear Modulation / Transmit, and a GREAT Receive side.

It will probably be hard to find someone who has owned or used both radio's.

The Euro 3900 is a single final radio. They can't hold a candle to the new dual final radios of today.
