Lets start like this I have A good 20 amp power sup. I had a palomar 250 HD I would have to beat it to use all of my amps (20) I don't want to beat my new amp I would like to beable to use all my amps (20). Would a BOOMER 400HD on med. setting work for me. I don't want to fry my new ( BOOMER 400HD ) I know on high it would pull to many amps so it would stay on MED. all the time. If you have and ideas or info please write |

I ran a KL 400 on a 25A Workman and you could hear the fan slow down. I ended up using it on medium level and getting 250 watts out of it. The thing to do is go with a base amp like the KLV 350 and it rates 400W. |

I would not run larger then a small 2 pill with a 20 amp supply. It's a good thing that you didn't use all 20 amps, you must leave some room to spare or you will burn the supply up. I don't really care for the Boomer line of amps but you will need a much larger supply to run it. |
