It says it has a 35 amp power supply. Is this for the amp or are thoes extra amps for what ever like radios, little Mod. and watt meters

yes it is to power radio and extras. have seen them, they are alright, but....100 watt radio such as rci, ar3500, etc only requires 20-25 amps, but then it's too much power for the amp, so can't use together. ok, so 10 watt radio will work w/amp, but only needs 6-10 amp ps-overkill. 500 watts is wishful thinking, probably closer to 300, so if you were to purchase a boomer 400(same transistors) for about $200+ and a ps 36k for about $150 you're saving a few bucks. unless your radio is too much for the 4-sd1446's, then you'll need a texas star 500 type amp, w/ alarger power supply, or you could just buy a klv-tube type AC amp and ............oh the heck w/it, just buy the boomer500
