Hey guys just got a beam antenna up that was made by a guy not matching up real good with system thought about getting a antenna tuner 3kw by mfj what can you tell me I going to try to get the guy to come back to check it antenna tuner what is your opinion

driven element should be around 36 feet if i remember right. how did he feed it? direct solder the coax to the wire element or with a balun.go to:

punch in your frequency he set it for and see if the specs even come close to what you have! and remember it must be at least 20 feet or higher in the air to see a good swr!! you shouldnt need a tuner if used around frequency it was cut for.
