Is the microphone wiring for the Kenwood TS140S the same as the TS 430/440/450

All Kenwoods with 8 pins are the same. I've owned a TS140 and TS450 and they are both 8 pin radios. In fact, my MC60A, MC80, and MC85 were used on both radios with the stock microphone plugs.
