Anyone using one? Ive had one for afew weeks and love it. I have plenty of SSB radios and mainly use SSB at home so got this for running in the truck most of the time. Loud and clear. Have it set at 5 watts for my amp and it swings to about 42 watts. If you need a good radio with no SSB this one is hard to beat. Mine has the blue lights. |

Its a Magna Force 350. 3 to 5 watts work fine with this amp but you are right about frying most amps with this much DK. Peace! |

I run a General Lee among other radios. I had it peaked and variable power installed. 1/4 watt swinging to 35 watts peak....loud, loud, loud. |

a lee is hard to beat had one for years. got it when they first came out keyed 1/2 watt swing 45 watts good loud clear audio and good recive. the best feature is the talk back on/off switch. that way you dont drive everyone else in the house crazy cuz they can already hear you onetime already. but now i have a S6 so i traded off my general lee (can kick my own but now). but yea they are tuff my dad beat it around on the dash for years till he became dissabled and couldn't drive anymore. and the thing still hangs with all my radios except the S6 |
