My antenna is now 90' from where my polyphaser is both have a separate ground do they really need to be bonded together or can I just bond the equipment with the polyphaser ground???

If the radio is set up right everything will be bonded together. Personally I would not run the ground from my equipment to the ground for the polyphaser. There is plenty of opportunity for lightning getting into your radio without giving it an invitation. Google single point grounding and search the post in this area on grounding. Look for stuff from Sinker and myself and you have plenty of reading and look in the members picture area. Look at Sinkers and my pictures of our installations. If you still have questions just ask.
