Anyone know the frequency expansion mod for the newer Northpoint base station radios?
Is it the same as for the Cherokee CBS1000 base station radios? |

In the modification list to the left (third from bottom ) there is the mods for the northpoint radio.

ALSO, when I did the Northpoint I had, the freq mod would not work. I found with this radio that I had to unplug the radio from the wall outlet, then turn the radio on to drain voltage. Then I plugged it in again, turned it on and it has work very well since. For some unknown reason I had to do this for the freq mod to take effect. Yours maybe different but just incase it doesn't take effect, try it. It worked for me. |
