Your Icom Owners Manual should have your factory wiring.
Not sure what the Icom wiring is but below is the JCD-201M wiring.
Factory JCD-201M Wiring is:
PIN #1 = SHIELD ~ SHIELD / MIC -
PIN #2 = BROWN ~ AUDIO / MIC +
PIN #3 = WHITE ~ COMMON
PIN #4 = GREEN ~ PTT
PIN #5 = BLACK ~ CH UP
PIN #6 = YELLOW ~ CH DOWN
PIN #7 = BLUE ~ CH COMMON
PIN #8 = RED ~ V + Supply to Mic

Mic wiring should be the same for any Icom that uses the HM-12 or HM-36 mic.
Pin 1: Mic input
Pin 2: +8v DC
Pin 3: Freq up/dn
Pin 4: Squelch switch
Pin 5: PTT
Pin 6: PTT ground
Pin 7: Mic ground
Pin 8: AF output
