Does anyone know how much power to put into one of these? and how much power do they put out?

I own a pair of these. I put 2.5 to 3 watts in with various radios and on low power get from 45 swing to 110 and on high from 90 swing to 120. On side band I usually get around 180. They run a pair of MRF 455's. A good low cost mobile amp.
