Im needing to know I did the mod where you move the piece to the other pins. Then I added a switch on the other pins so I can use 10 and 11 meters because if you dont it wont let you. Will this hurt the radio in any way? |

By moving the shorting block at J-29 to the BACK TOP RIGHT position as shown below by "00" will give you coverage from 25.615 thru 28.305.
There is no need to add a switch to the other pins.

And No the Frequency conversion as posted above will not hurt the radio.

Im wanting to also use 28.300 through 28.500 USB that mod wouldnt allow that. But if you add a jumper to the two far left pins and put them on a switch when you flip the switch it will allow you to go into 28.300 through 29.000 and down into 25.000 and 26.000 just hoping that doesnt cause a problem |
