Hi, I don't know if you're still looking for this info or not. I just recently joined and this is the first time I have seen your post. If you hold the mic in your hand so that the cord is pointing towards you you will see two rows of pins on the bottom of the PTT switch. There are six pins in each row. The wires connect as follows:

Bottom Row (closest to mic element)
Left to Right:

pin 1/2/3 N/C
pin 4 White Wire from Circuit Board
pin 5 White Wire from Mic Cord
pin 6 N/C

Top Row(furthest from mic element)
Left to Right:

pin 1 Black Wire from Battery Holder
pin 2 Shield from Mic Cord
pin 3 Yellow from Mic Cord
pin 4 Red from Mic Cord
pin 5 Blue from Mic Cord
pin 6 Black from Mic Cord

Hope this helps...
