I purchased an SS39-did the frequency mod. Ran it as a base for an evening then put it in my truck. It worked fine for a day. The next day i went to work and tried to use the radio only to find out i had power but no transmit and no recieve!!! Why???? Any input would be appreciated!!! |

sounds like the vfo is off or the pll chip might have went i would check the vco first. |

Go over what you did to mod the radio to see that all is still in place i.e : jumpers etc

Thanx for tryin to help guys!!! Found the problem. It was a short. Process of elimination found it!!! |
