I got and old 23 ch Johnson messanger CB that I got from a relative of mine. I was wondering if anyone out there pays any good money for these things.

check the online auctions for a month or 2 & see what they bring. no guarantee you'd get near the highest bids for yours, but then again, if it has sentimental value to someone who's looking at the right time....

IF it is in MINT shape you might sell it as a classic radio however other than that the market for those radios is limited.

One mans trash is another mans treasure...Harley Davidson for instance. Absolute junk, even brand new, that people line up to buy. Don't sound too keen when you offer it for sale, just keep your cool and someone will offer you more than you expected. For some reason old radios, cars, bikes in good condition seem to get money now than when they were new. I know....i have a nice little collection of old 23, 18, and early 40 channel sets myself. Nostalgia Freak i think i get called from time to time...among other things...lol.
