I have a KLV350 that I’m working on that had no transmit I found defective ground now it will key up in the 200 watt range but when I unkey the mic the relays just chatters and I flip the standby switch on and off and then it stops I have to repeat this each key down, for the most part the components I have checked have been good diodes, electrolytic, this happens on ssb also I was using a radio with abut 6-10 watt dead key then a 2-3 watt dead key with same problem has anybody had this problem any help would be appreciated

Sound like the relays are sticking do to the over driving it at 6-10 watts at one point.
Now what the relays are doing is trying to shut off when not in key but aren't and at a half way point to where you hear the chatter (on off)that don't stop till you switch over to standby.
Sometime discharing the amp fixes this(PLEASE DON'T DISCHARGE IF YOUR NOT 100% SURE OF WHAT YOUR DOING) get a pro to do it.
if that don't work after it's re-chaged then the relays are becoming shot.
