Can anyone help me with this! What pins on the the eight pin plug are used to provide power to this radio? I am talking A.C. I have several plugs with cord on them BUT dont want to kill the radio!

You going to need a wiring diagram for that radio Ernie.
I replaced the AC plug on a similiar radio a while back that had 12 pins and almost every pin required some type of connection. Not only connection to the AC but some of the pins needed jumped to one another. When I was finished the inside of that AC socket was full of wires!
I'm willing to bet your Kris23+ will not be much different.
I will however be sure to inform you if I come across that wiring diagram. GoodLuck!
