Hello to all...I am having a problem with the recieve on this radio...Cobra 2000 GTL. (actully there is none). have the antenna hooked up and no noise at all.But the modultion is good....do's anyone have a suggestion that might help me fix this problem.

Is there no copper tech.'s who own or ever worked on a C0bra 2000 GTL.

thats pretty much the same radio as a 148gtl, a broken wire in the mic cord/plug would do that. does the s meter move around like its picking something up?
