I had a problem when i got my mag s-9 a while back and call'd sam like Lon is saying and it was fixed with no cost to me what so ever. Sam really dose stand behind his product's and thats what make's mag's good. Send it to whom he will recomend to you and when you get it back you will see "50 WATT" easy. Anyway best pound for pound audio mobile out there IMHO!!!
