I purchase this box a while back and hooked it and used for a short period of time, then change to a different box. I got it out and was going to use it again and every time I turn the box on it blows the internal 3 amp fuses. Could someone possible give me some feedback as to what may be causing this. Thanks

When I remove the fuse for the fan side and replace the fuse for the power switch side, the box works fine. I can't understand why only the power switch fuse blows when both of the fuses are parallel to each other unless there is a problem with the temp. sensor. The polarity is correct. I don't have a fan kit for it yet. I just let it coast at about 100-150dk and keep it at about a 1:4 ratio. Thanks

my guess is that you are have too small of a fuse. it works when the fan dont work, but when the fan is working it draws too many amps for the fuse.you can try the next size bigger or you can try and find out the amp draw with the fan added in. but since this is a sweet 16 and those are big $$$$$ try to find the amp draw so you dont damage the amp that is the last thing you need!

I found the problem to my issue. The wire that was supposed to go to my SSB delay was going to ground instead. Therefore when the delay switch was turned on, it become a dead short in the circuit causing the fuse to blow every time. Thanks.
