I've got a completely stock Cobra 29 LTD Classic, with a RK 56 mic. and was wondering how this amp would perform with this radio. Does this amp come set to operate on 11 meter cb band? Also does this amp have a pre amp and what are the measurements of this amp in inches? How would you suggest the radio be tuned to work effeciently with this amp? Thanks

This amplifier has a single SD1446 transistor. It's a decent trans. you should expect about 100 watts on AM. Set your carrier to 50w output from amp. Leave the rest for modulation. Remember a fully modulation am signal is twice the carrier.
