I just got a TV/video capture card for my computer so I can hook my IC-7000 video out to the cards video in and now I have the 7K display on my computer LCD. This is very cool,I can sit back and see all the information now with out my glasses LOL. This is a great feature, If you have a 7K try it and you will be very happy you did.
Next I will be downloading software to control the 7K with my computer too.
Did I ever say I love my 7K? Well I do LOL.

Ham Radio Deluxe and a ci-v cable is all you need to control the 7k..AND it also puts the face of the radio on your monitor but if you want to do digital modes look up "psk31 interface icom 7000" on the auction site...that will do it all.Mine should be in this week

Sitm, I know all about the drueling, I did that for a while when they first came out. I just had to buy one ASAP. Never regretted it.
Starface, Cool, I did not know the 706 had the video display like the 7K but that will be awsome.
I will post pics in the pic section as soon as I can figure out how to resize them again. I all ways forget that part ,Duh, LOL.

Thanks Lon, cool, now I can put pics on the forum again. I had a program that I used before but it was hard to understand. this one looks better.
