my vc-200 is wired for a galaxy and for some reason it won't work on my 2995dx. i have the 4pin to six pin adapter from copper and it won't key up the radio. the adapter works just fine with the other mics i have any answers would be appreciated

Hi I bought the 4 to 6 pin adapter and put it on my ranger 2950 dx with a 4 pin D104m6b mic and when I turned it on the radio changed chanels upward The adapter was wired wrong. I rewired it 1,2,3,4, on the 4pin side go to 1,2,3,4 on the 6 pin side Sounds like you have the same problem.
