Hello all. I have been into the radio hobby now for seveal years and enjoy it tremendously. However, I am really not that great when it comes to wiring things. So, I thought maybe this would be the place to come for help.

Here's what I need help with. I have not one, but two D104 silver eagle mics and I wanted to have them wired to work on the Texas Ranger 696F base station. The base currently has a four pin mic configuration attached but it is a handheld and I have grown tired or the hand held and want to move to a desk mic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried looking for a video on youtube on how to do this but no luck. I just 'want to be absolutely sure what I am doing before firing up the soldering iron!!
