That's like asking, "I need to know how long it will take me to get to France."
Depends on start point, mode of travel, direction and path of travel, how many connecting flights/trains/taxis, potty stops, overnight stops, weather, etc., etc., etc.
Ham radio setups are as varied as the users themselves. Not only are there many chocies of bands and operating modes, but also choices of activities, equipment types, vintage, etc.
Be a little more specific and we can help.

what I am asking is where in line should things be located from RADIO to antenna using an amp, tuner,low pass filter, meters and what ever? |

OK, based on those components, for most installations-
RADIO > AMP > LP FILTER > METER > TUNER > ANTENNA

Tech833 is right. Every setup is different.
What I can suggest is: -
1) place the most used item directly in front of you, and at a height that makes operating it comfortable.
2) Document EVERYTHING - size bolts used, length and type of of cables, what connectors are used (coax, power, etc).Can save heaps of time if you need to repair or replace anything.
3) GROUND EVERYTHING. I normally use a copper plate scross the rear of the desk that connects to ground using a LARGE Ribbon cable. All my equipment would be grounded to this plate. Outside my ground would consist of two 12" x 12" x 1/4" copper plates buried just above bedrock. each with multiple (as many as would comfirtably fit) radials attached. Each plate has more area than an 8ft ground rod.
As for order of connection, all I can tell you is what I use.
Radio > Low Pass > Tuner/SWR Meter. I do not have or require an amp, but if I did I would consider a second Low Pass after the amp.
As an aside using the above setup, I won the Oregon QRP Voice Section of the 10M Contest 3 years in a row. I have not had a chance to take part in the last 7 years (work weekends, and currently live in an HOA area).
