I purchased a new Magnum S980 from Copper and am planning on doing the conversion myself. Found the info for conversion on pcbx-0335R3a with the jumpers. Jp102 block etc. I get it easy enough. However I have pcbx-0635r3. No 102 block no jumpers. After studying the schematic. I have discovered j111, function-define. As per the picture you can see a jumper soldered across num 4. (on?) to convert I'm guessing I need to solder a jumper across num 1. To get export channel mod and leaving num 4 on will have 6 dig freq counter in all modes.?? Not going to do anything without knowing for sure. Please help. Ok can't get pic to upload. But can send via email if someone is willing.
