Just bought a 2000 with extra channels. It goes from 26.305 up to 28.305. The receive sensitivity is pretty bad compared to my other radio. I suspect it is a compromise to get all channels to work. Is there a procedure to follow when aligning the receiver on this radio when it has this many channels that is different than the regular procedure? I already have the Sams for it. Thanks

I would probably try tuning it in the middle of the coverage range same way as it would have been done in the manual (27.305 instead of 27.205)......
