I just can't seem to get a D104 to wire to my "new" Colt Excalibur base SSB
Can someone help?

That radio looks so close to a Galaxy Saturn.
Try this one and see if it works.

Astatic wiring:
1-Shield and Blue
2-White
3-Red
4-Black
Yellow-N/C
