Years ago I used to do the PPE mod on ept3600 radios. Using a noise canceling mic and mic gain, this was a good mod and always had compliments on how my radios sounded. I have been out of the radio world for some years now, and I see all the EPT3600 style radios have gone to running mosfet finals. Is the positive peak expansion mod still a option on the newer mosfet dx chassis? thanks in advance. |
