My Galaxy 2547 seems to be off frequency by the counter on display. If I use SSB I have clairifier cranked all the way counter clockwise and still can't zero it on frequency. This is after it is warmed up. Environment is probably 58 degrees. Do I have an alignment problem? |

I had the same problem. I took it to my local CB shop and it works great now. Seems these radios aren't tweaked like they should be right out of the factory. |

Mine was like that too. I did a VCO realignment on all modes. It still drifts even after this but not as bad. Wish I could find a way to stabilize it. Maybe a crystal change? |

Sorry for late update. I adjusted my self. Galaxy walked me through over the phone. Used a tone generator and peaked the power to drive my high drive amp. Good to go now! |
