I just picked up a Galaxy DX94HP and it has issues!This is all i know as of right now.The channel LED nor the Frequency LEDS will light up.The meter light will come on but it's very dim and it lights up red.I checked for 8vdc and it wasnt present.I replaced Q37 with a 2SA1869.Someone apparently had a 2sa473 in it.I also replaced D73.Still nothing.Meter light still comes on red and very dim.The switch to turn Frequency counter on off is not off.There was several pc traces on the board from Q37 burned and i re-connected the traces in the right place.I'm only getting 4vdc where it should be 8vdc.I think this 94 was destroyed by it's previous owner.I'm about to give up on it so any help would be appreaciated!

Well,4 hours later and i got it fixed finally.Q35 was bad and R213 had a bad solder joint on it.Got power back and everything lit up.Receive was great and would transmit but no modulation.Traced that problem down to IC7.Replaced that and it's working like a charm now.
