When replacing a erf7530 mosfet do you have to replace it with the same model on the mosfet.

I KNOW THE A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H ARE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE VOLTAGE SO DO YOU HAVE TO USE THE SAME KIND ON THE BOARD IF ITS A 1X4 ERF7530 AMP WITH THE LETTER (H)
