Heres a stupid question, I was thinking about getting a Stryker radio and get it converted and I was curious what is the total wattage and can you us a box on it? Will the radio be to much for a driver can it be turned dow and what kind of box do you suggest to run on it? It may be stupid but I like the radio and I'm used to having a box,I had a 959 and a 667 and I did pretty good but I couldnt figure out why I was only getting 350 out of it but I talked anywhere I could here. Please if you can help me,all these new radios is hard to keep up with. I'm used to the older radios I'm stuck in the 80's

I run a Stryker 955 with a Xforce TNT 350 high drive amp And getting lil over 300 wats SSB with the crappy DEI’s I make sure the radio and amp together key at. 50watts and I let it swing from there on Am & SSB where I talk 95% of the time. But in all honesty I think the Stryker is a fun featured radio but not a very durable radio check out the RCI 2950 with separate amp, I’ll never buy another Stryker
