Which VR is used to reduce the dead key output? Or is it a combination of adjustments to bring the power down. Need it down to a watt or so. Thanks!

how were these modded for 11 meters? i have one stuck below ch 1 and it won't go above 26.960. i looked in tools and didn't find it listed. tont cef 259
