DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO EXPAND THE CHANNEL COVERAGE OF THIS RADIO? IT HAS AN "OLD STYLE" PLL SET-UP CONTAINING 6 CHIPS.

I can't find anything but I would think that you would need an EXPO kit to add channels. If it's even possible with the TS one. Some of the later ones could be modded, not sure about the older ones.

On the channel selector , Locate the ORANGE and BLUE wires. Put a SPST switch across these two wires and you will have 37 extra channels..
