Hey 307, Just out of curiosity, The DX 2547 has the same board in it that the 696F has in it. So, by following that logic, couldn't a person perform the same mods on it that are for the 696F? The frequency mod is the same. So by that thinking, shouldn't the Clarifier mod be the same as well? Could a person use the videotape for the 696F to modify the DX 2547? |

Hmmm, Wayne, in response to your march 14th post on Galaxy discontinuing the DX 2547. I just purchased mine from Copper last week. And according to what a person at Galaxy told me on friday, they are still producing that radio. |
